It is the policy at the Kansas City National Security Campus to ensure that contractors comply with site-specific, federal, state, and local requirements concerning safety, health, fire protection, and environmental protection standards. The handbook -- now with the convenience of online viewing -- covers all aspects of contractor work at the Kansas City National Security Campus. The handbook was revised in 2015 to reflect changes in the codes and policies at our facilities. Be sure to read this edition carefully.

Subcontractor Safety and Security Orientation
All service and construction subcontractors entering the KC NSC shall review the Subcontractor Safety and Security Orientation handbook prior to entry. The purpose of the handbook is to cover KC NSC security, safety and emergency requirements and information. Subcontractor review of the handbook is documented by completing and submitting the signature page at the end of the handbook. Subcontractors requiring a security clearance or turnstile access require additional security training.

This handbook will assist you in producing a project-specifmy aic safety plan for service contract work at the Kansas City National Security Campus. The handbook was revised in 2015 to reflect changes in regulations and policies at our facility.
